        No smoking, drinking, or pets will be allowed on or in the premises or grounds (apartments, porches, laundry rooms, or parking lots).  There will be NO warnings given.  Please remember that you are responsible for your guests.  For those who wish to engage in these activities you will find that it will be very costly.  Eviction, loss of deposit, and prosecution for failure to comply with the lease, plus notification of responsible parties are some of the actions taken.  We will do our best to maintain the standards agreed to in the contract.  Please call with any complaints.  All calls will be strictly confidential.  It is our desire to provide you with the type of atmosphere that we promised you in our agreement.
